The project requires DevExpress DXperience ASP.NET 10.2 and Telerik RadControls for ASP.NET 2011.1. Contact DevExpress and Telerik to purchase these products.

Addition to MS-PL license for Arrow: The Arrow code may only be used in conjunction with the Windward reporting/docgen engine. It may not be used with any other reporting or docgen product.
